He was predeceased by: his parents, Darrel Miller and Bertha Miller (Scott); his siblings, Edward Miller (Marilyn) and Joyce Williams (Don); and his friend George Koons.
He is survived by: his son Kevin R. Miller; his cousin Mary Boyles (Robert); and his friends, Karen Barron and Tim Holsinger. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
