It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Robert Spencer of Muncie, Indiana, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on October 23, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar and Mary. He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Tina Smith, John Spencer (Sonya) and Tammy Lampke (Kevin); his grandchildren, Josh Smith, Jessica Ballard, Tiffani Smith, Kayla Thompson, Brittany Miller, Holly Browning and Derek Spencer; and his siblings, Barbara Cooke of Florida and Richard Spencer of California. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, many brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws, nieces and nephews.
