She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis P. Fouch, and Eva M. "Haddin" Fouch, Sr.; her husband Robert D. Whittaker; her daughter Cindy R. Madewell; and her siblings, Lucy M. Crow, Patsy L. Ray, Otis P. Fouch Jr. and James R. Fouch.

She is survived by: her granddaughter Angie Chambers (Frankie) of Muncie, IN.; her great grandchildren, Jaden and Raeanna Chambers; and her pet Sophie.
