She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Eppard and Edna Eppard; her daughter Jackie L. Garrett; her grandson Jamie Bailey; her siblings, Virgil, Robert, Lewis, Jim, Tresa, Beulah and Phyllis; and her parents-in-law, Fred and Ethel Bailey.
She is survived by: her husband Chester A. Bailey Sr.; her children, Chester A. (Allen), Thomas F. Bailey (Susie), Cindy L. Hedges, Laura P. Clevenger (Jim) and Mary J. Bailey-Jones (Tim); and her siblings, Rudy Eppard (Elaine), Elmer Eppard, Doris Bailey, Wanda Coates, Carolyn DeWalt (Wayne) and Judy Oliver. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren and 12 great-great-grandchildren.
