We bid farewell to Jay W. Cook of Muncie, Indiana, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 11, 2025 at the age of 75. Jay touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Jay leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Jay may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his father James W. Cook; his wife Karen S. Robertson; and his daughter Tamara Brannon. He is survived by: his mother Clara Kelly (Smith); his daughters, Dawn M. Cook (Chuck) of Muncie and Heather Jo Dennison (Matthew) of Ocala, FL; and his sister Charlotte Bright (Ralph) of Muncie. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
