She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Howard and Mildred Howard; her sisters, Carolyn Culp and Janet Morgan; and her daughter-in-law Brenda Cunningham.
She is survived by: her husband Glen Cunningham; her sons, Jeff Cunningham, John Cunningham (Ann) and Steve Cunningham (Melissa); her grandchildren, Danielle Giannerini (John), Natalie Cunningham, Robert "Bobby" Cunningham (Breanna), Morgan Cunningham, JaMarc Neely, Alex Moore (Alexa) and William Moore; and her great grandchildren, Kathryn Neely, Raistlin Neely, Bexon Creel and Margot Moore. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
