It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jean Goodwin in Muncie, Indiana, who passed away on April 19, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Holt and Dorothea Holt (Leeper); her husband Lewis Goodwin; her children, Lewis "Lewie" Goodwin and Margaret Goodwin; her grandson Carl Branscum; her great grandchild Joshua Cary; her son-in-law Rodney Sears; and her siblings, Charles Holt, Harry Holt, Jane Schwartz and Martha Pechin.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dorothea Sears-Boyd (Bill) of Wright City, MO, Polly Branscum (Larry) and Fort; and her sister Becky Strange of Lafayette, IN. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; 4 step great grandchildren; 2 great, great grandchildren.
The family has requested no flowers, with memorial contributions directed to Muncie Estates Memory Care Facility, 1601 N.
