He was predeceased by: his father Robert Green; his father-in-law Charles Huffman (Bob); and his nephew Michael Green. He is survived by: his pets, Lucy and Charlie; his wife Terri Green; his daughters, Lisa Haza (Keith) and Joni Hovis; his grandchildren, Jaylynn Hovis, Lily Haza and Violet Haza; his brothers, Steven Green (Judy), Tim Green and Randy Green; his mother-in-law Mary Huffman; his brother-in-law Bob Huffman (Lora); and the mother of his child Kathleen Crawley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
