He was predeceased by: his father Donald L. Henry; and his brother Kevin Petschke. He is survived by: his wife Sheryl Gray; his son Hunter Henry; his mother Shirley Long; his siblings, Doug Henry, Gary Long and Paula Duncan; and his nieces and nephews, Jenny, April, Leanna, Allyson, Andrew, Andrea, Nathaniel, Hannah and Destiny. He is also survived by several cousins, and a host of friends.
