She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Ammon and Evelyn Ammon (Minch); her husband Glen Bilbrey; and her siblings, Marcella, Tom, Bob, Don and Gene.
She is survived by: her daughters, Becky and Lisa Kemp; and her sisters-in-law, Reta Garrett and Blanche Higginbotham. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
