It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Duesterdick of Muncie, Indiana, born in Elizabeth, New Jersey, who passed away on September 9, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Roy Duesterdick; her siblings, Marian Rigney and Ernest Picard; and her parents, Ernest Pichard and Mabel Pichard (Lechner).
She is survived by: her children, Kirsten Smith (Rodger), Kurt (Deb Dickenson) and Gretchen Loss (Lew); and her grandchildren, Kayla Kidwell (Eric), Dakota Smith (Rachael Surowiec) and Spenser Smith (Kristen Cannan-Smith).
