He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Campbell and Ellen Campbell; his siblings, Raymond Campbell and Mary Warfel; his brother-in-law Mick Warfel; and his niece Nettie Bland.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria Campbell (Lindsey); his children, Daniel Hahn (Stephanie) and Yonda Hannaford (Andy); and his sister May Miller (Earl). He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Memorial donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation in honor of John.
