It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John F. Smedinghoff (Muncie, Indiana), born in Greenville, Ohio, who passed away on April 9, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Smedinghoff and Aline R. Smedinghoff (Harvey); his brother George Gerard Smedinghoff; and his brother-in-law James D. North. He is survived by: his sister Rosanne North; his sister-in-law Sandra Smedinghoff; his nephew Mark Smedinghoff; and his niece Kimberly Smedinghoff. He is also survived by aunt and uncle along with several cousins.
