He is survived by: his wife Beth Ann Blevins of Muncie; his son Michael Fate Blevins (Andrea); his grandchildren, Kinsley, Abby, Emma and David; his child Gayle Blevins; his grandchild Ryder; his son Jake Justice (Daniel); his grandchildren, Scotty, Amelia and Layla; his great grandchild Kortni (Chris); his siblings, Jeff Blevins (Amanda) and Holly Garrett (Jack); and also, Adalyn, Hayden, Hudson, Jaxson, Maci, Kelsi (Kenny), Kohen and Raely. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
