He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Kramer and Iva Kramer; his brother Billy Judd; and his wife Jane. He is survived by: his sons, Greg Kramer (Stephanie), Kent Kramer (Jamei) and Keith Kramer (Gwen); and his stepchildren, John Clawson (Stephanie), Kim Keller (Jeff) and Lori Slagle. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
