He is survived by: his children, Steven (Barbara), Janet Holmes (Robert) of San Clemente, CA, Kevin (Jennifer), Keith, Carol Ross (George) of Fort Collins, CO, Brian, Neal of Winnetka, IL and Mary Anne Vonderschmitt of Pendleton, IN..
