It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Ann Phipps of Muncie, Indiana, who passed away on May 23, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Eber Bryant and Wahnetta Dixon (York); her husband Lyle Phipps; her son Scottie Bryant; and her siblings, Phyllis Landers, Paul Bryant, Harold Kirby, Gordon Kirby, Lowell Haskins, Ed, Jim and Rick Dixon.

She is survived by: her grandsons, Tyler and Travis Bryant; her great grandchild Bodie Bryant of Muncie; and her siblings, Alfretta, Sue Jones of Orleans, Fred Dixon of Portland and Larry Dixon of Arizona.
