She is survived by: her sons, Gary Spradlin and Paul Garrett (Debbie); her sister Patsy Ertle (Steven); and her pet Big Boy. She is also survived by six grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews as well as a host of great nieces and nephews.
