She was predeceased by: her sister Karen Adams; her brother-in-law Larry Lewis; and her nephew Richie Lewis. She is survived by: her husband Rex E. Miller of Muncie; her children, Hank H. Miller (Kara) of Muncie and Heather E. Slaven (Michael) of Fishers; her grandchildren, Bailey Miller, Brogan Miller (Carlee Matthews), Luke Slaven and Sullivan Slaven; and her siblings, Orlen D. "Butch" Powell, Jr. (Teresa) of Muncie and Kathie Lewis of Muncie. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
