She was predeceased by: her parents, Hershel Burgess and Retha Burgess; her husband Daniel Addison; and her brothers, Mike Burgess, Dean Burgess and Gerry Burgess.
She is survived by: her children, Daniella Martin (David), Debi McNeill and D. Adam McNeill (Sarah); her grandchildren, Joshua, Dallas, Kory, Rebekah, Kaila, Megan and Annabelle; her great grandchildren, Dixie, Colin, Wyatt, Adelyn, Charlotte, Atticus and Kennedy; and her sisters-in-law, Pat Gardner (David), Phyllis Borger, Jacque Reeves and Susan Burke (Dale). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
