She is survived by: her mother Donna Mawk; her husband Charles Curtis; her sister Nita Hazelbaker (Doug); her children, Jason Montgomery (Amanda), Barry Montgomery (Tracey) and Nicole Conner (Jim Zickmund); her grandchildren, Alex Montgomery, Ashton Montgomery, Robbie Conner, Jaxon Conner, Logan Montgomery and Parker Montgomery; her stepmother Betty Ehrhart; and her father-in-law Morton Curtis. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
