He was predeceased by: his mother Brenda Caldwell (Lemon). He is survived by: his father Allen Caldwell; his aunt Teresa Caldwell; his uncles, James Caldwell (Virgie) of Muncie, G. P. Caldwell of Muncie and Terry Caldwell of Muncie; and his cousin Cindy Wilson. He is also survived by three nieces and nephews.
