He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ruth Pepple; his children, Monique Simonson (Eric) and Michael Chastain (Brenda); his granddaughter Jennifer Chastain; his niece Serena Slusser (Terry); and his nephew Greg Pepple (Shari).
