He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Daniel and Ruby Daniel (Garrett); his stepson Rockey Wilson; and his siblings, Gean, Noah, Carl Daniel, Betty, Margie, Peggy and Ann.
He is survived by: his wife Bessie J. Daniel (Strunk); his children, Randall Daniel (Jo Ann), Shonda Daniel (Creston) and Julia Roberts; his stepdaughters, Theresa Crowell and Shelia Tremaine (James); his sisters, Judy Hughes (Keith) and Helen Pierce (Junior); his niece Barbara Gale Ferrell (Jimmy); his nephew Gary DeWayne Stouse, II; and his caregivers, April Monroe and Tammy Dayton. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Meeks Mortuary and Crematory - Washington St. Chapel (415 E Washington St, Muncie, IN 47305). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
