He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Allen and Ruth Allen; his son Scott Allen; and his brother Jim Kunstek. He is survived by: his wife Dee Allen; his children, Lorie D'Andrea (Daniel) and Niki Mullins; and his siblings, Cindy Sheffer, Robert Allen and Perry Kunstek. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Community Church (9701 N 450 W Rd, Muncie, IN 47304).
