He was predeceased by: his son Rex Alan Tingley Besser; his parents, Wendell Floyd "Bud" Besser and Betty Jean Parker (Cheesman); and his brother Roger Lee Besser. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Sue Besser (Flesher); his children, Eric Alan Besser, Jason Alan Besser, Kristy Michelle Finley, Stacy Marie Phillips and Carmel; his sister Sherry Kaye Delk; his grandchildren, Clayton Phillips, Luke Besser, Zach Phillips, Adrienne Besser, Jesse Phillips, Coen Besser and Grace Niehoff; and his great grandchild Samuel.
