He is survived by: his wife Debra; his sons, Mikey Slaven, Ross Slaven (McKenzie) and Kyle Slaven (Ashley); his sister Sharon Owens (Tommy); and his grandchildren, Alexis Slaven, Waylon James Slaven, Brynlee Slaven, Wyatt Ezra Slaven and Blakely Slaven.
