She was predeceased by: her parents, Jeff Cline (Antha Cline) and Dollie Blackburn; and her brothers, Billy Watson, Randy Blackburn, Gary Blackburn, Charles "Charlie" Edgar Blackburn and Hobert Ray Cline.
She is survived by: her children, Marie Rogers of Ocala, Florida, Gloria Kennedy (David) of Muncie, Indiana, Jerry Blackburn (Kristy) of Urbana, Ohio and Steven Blackburn (Carol) of Cable, Ohio.; her grandchildren, Tyler Rogers, Skilar Rogers, An Johnson, Andriana Johnson, Noah Kennedy, Hailey Blackburn, Jayden Blackburn, Matthew Blackburn, Hallee Hankla and Zoie Hankla; and her siblings, Phyllis Fontane, Shelby Grimes, Joseph Cline and Ray Blackburn. She is also survived by other extended family members, and many friends.
