We are sad to announce that, on April 10, 2023, at the age of 71, Linda Steele (Muncie, Indiana), born in Manchester, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alton Phipps and Peggy Phipps; her son David Ray Phillips III; her brothers, Albert Phipps and Charles Phipps; and her great grandchild Piper Phillips.
She is survived by: her son Tom Pullins (Brandy); her grandchildren, Abbe Brevard, Trey Pullins, Alexis Lackey, Braden Case, Brianna Case, Brylen Case, Tyler Pullins, Taylor Pullins, Katelind Phillips, Kaiser Phillips and Khaner Phillips; her sister Bonnie King (Morris); her daughter-in-law Michelle Phillips; her sisters-in-law, Ola Phipps and Mona Phipps; and her close friends, Brenda, Jama and Dianna. She is also survived by five nieces and one nephew.
