She is survived by: her husband Joe Cook; her children, Tammy Heavenridge (Everett Cook), Randy Heavenridge (Vikki) and Cindy Cox (Larry Conway); her grandchildren, Chad, Kyle, Randy, Jon, Megan, Joann, Kelli, Rachel and Travis; her great grandchildren, Orion, Pecola, Salomé, Sebastian, Eliana, Landon, Blake, Ashlynn, Lillian, Ike, Ella and Carter; her siblings, Veda Slaven, Betty Young and Bobby Young; her sisters-in-law, Sue Young and Martina Young; and her pets, Peanut and Teddy.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Elm Ridge Funeral Home (4600 W Kilgore Ave, Muncie, IN 47304). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
