He is survived by: his children, Michelle Rebenack (John) and Kevin Evans; his grandchildren, Johnna Wells (Leonard), Ashley Rebenack, David Rebenack, Benjamin Evans and Karlaina Evans; his great grandchildren, Addy Wells, Leonard Wells Jr. and Cruz Wells; his sister Laura Christine Hoppes (Bob); and his nephews, Bobby Hoppes and Eric Hoppes.
