She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Calvin Crooks and Margaret Louisa Norton Crooks; her brothers, Robert and Thomas (Bob); and her son-in-law Lyle Ortner.
She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Ortner and Jay Beuoy (Debbie); and her grandchildren, Kendra Ortner (Marc Friedman), Jared Ortner (Alicia), Leah Richter (Ryan), Gwendolyn Unruh (Matt) and Mary Nemec (Rielly). She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
