He was predeceased by: his parents, Alden Bush and Delores Bush (Maule); his daughter Sarah Anne Bush; and his in-laws, Frank and Esther Wood.
He is survived by: his wife Stella Bush (Wood); his grandchildren, Taylor Bush, Carson Boyer and Annabelle Boyer; his pet Lambeau; his sisters, Linda Bush, Rebecca Houk (Larry) and Jill Williams (Larry); and his siblings-in-law, Cindy Tucker (Steve) and Forrest Wood (Tina). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and nephews; and many, many friends.
