He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry Field and Sondra Field; and his grandparents, Lyonel and Marcella Gray. He is survived by: his sister Lisa Smith (Greg) of Kokomo, IN; his nephew Matthew Smith of Muncie, IN; and his niece Kayla Lemons (Chris) of Gas City, IN.
