She was predeceased by: her parents, John D. Harty and Margaret E. Harty (Arnold); her husband Mark A. Thomas, Sr.; her siblings, John, Jess Harty and Betty Dossett; her great grandchild Brittany Thomas; her nephew Calvin Harrison; and her niece Barbara Cavanaugh.
She is survived by: her children, Mark A. Thomas, Jr. and Jane Ledbetter (Larry); her grandchildren, Heather Penn (Jim), Holly Thomas (Jesse), Cindy Ndiaye and Nathan Ledbetter (Lauren); her great grandchildren, Haley, Braeden, Aurora, Eddie, Tristan, Zach, Nevaeh, Laney, Dancia, Preslie, Paislie and Grace; her siblings-in-law, Mary Katherine Thomas and Russell Davis; and her niece Marilyn Beeson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
