The memory of Naomi I. Thompson of Muncie, Indiana, who passed away on February 26, 2026 at the age of 89, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Poor and Thelma Poor (Dillman); and her brother Orville "Sonny" Poor. She is survived by: her sons, Donald R. Thompson Jr. (Debbie) of Swayzee and David L. Thompson (Jeanna) of Union Grove, Wisconsin; her grandchildren, Heather Reece (Jason), Derek Thompson (Amanda), Heidi Carmichael (Allen), Kristina Simmons (Rob), Abbey Cruz (Justin), Tyler Lewis (Samantha) and MacKenzie Lewis (Christian Wade); and her friend Nell Howard of Muncie. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
