He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Evans and Barbara Evans (Combs); his brother Charles "Chuck" Evans; and his nephews, Josh Whittenburg and Zack Hollowell.
He is survived by: his children, Erica R. Hill (Jon) and Ryan W. Evans; his siblings, LaDonna Hollowell (John) of Muncie, Brenda Whittenburg (Danny) of Muncie and Carl Evans; and his former spouse Shelly Evans. He is also survived by 4 Grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
