She was predeceased by: her parents, Rex Powell and Anna Powell (Kiser); her husband LeMoyne Dale Altic; her son Doug Woolums; and her siblings, Charles, Don, Elmer Powell and Mart Moden.
She is survived by: her sister Wanda Powell Green; her children, James Woolums of Anderson, Indiana, Brian Woolums of Greencastle, Indiana, Victor Altic of Muncie, Indiana and Lori Harsin (Morris) of Indianapolis, Indiana; her grandchildren, Kristin, Tyler and Megan Altic; her children, Jason, Jackson Woolums, Amanda, Chris Woolums, Holly Taylor, Lucas and Nathan Woolums; her great grandchildren, Jamel and Aaliyah Barnes; and her grandchildren, Roman LeMoyne Wilkins, Dylan, Deagan Altic, Shea Woolums, Nathan Borchard and Olivia Woolums. She is also survived by six great great grandchildren.
