It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Jane Lemna (Muncie, Indiana), born in South Bend, Indiana, who passed away on July 9, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Guyon and Gladys Guyon (Brickey); her husband Owen Lemna; her son Kris Lemna; her daughter-in-law Holly Anne Lemna; and her brother Jules Jean Guyon.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Jaime Lemna and Suzanne Nelson (Kyle); her grandchildren, Kristen, Ryan (April), Bryce (Allie), Kevin, Austin and Jillian; and her great grandchildren, Isla, Adler, Otto, Poppy and Cohen.
