She was predeceased by: her parents, Opal Marciel Hartley and Rev. William Donald Hartley; her significant other Kenneth Lehman; her husband Donald Ruddick; and her son Mike Hyso.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Smith (Gary), Dana Wyatt (David), Kevin Ruddick (Richard Francis), Donnie Ruddick (Stephanie), Jack Hyso and Tim Ruddick; her siblings, Bonita Posey (Junior), Janet Reffitt (Vernon), Joe Hartley (Geneva), Susie, Ruby, Gene and Bob; and her granddaughter Kimberly Dishman. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
