He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul J. Stephens and E. Marie Stephens (Luellen); his siblings-in-law, Dale Bertram (Pat) and Bonnie Pierce; and his parents-in-law, Don and Thelma Bertram.
He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Craig Stephens (Michele) and Tanya Hensley (Leon Bow); his grandchildren, Mackenzie Lawson (Aaron), Sydney Stephens, Natalie Hensley, Samantha Hensley and Sabrina Mahoney (Cody); and his brother-in-law Danny "Vic" Bertram (Suzy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
