She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles S. Lewis and Lois G. Lewis (Hessing); and her sister Paula Meyer. She is survived by: her children, Roxanne Boehm (Terry) of Muncie and James T. "Jay" Garvin, III (Nell) of Whitesboro, TX; her grandchildren, Lucas T. Boehm and Trish Boehm (David); her great grandchildren, Caleb Morey (Katie), Callie Morey, Lylah Boehm, Lincoln Boehm and Lydia Boehm; and her great great grandchildren, Evelyn and Claire Morey.
