She is survived by: her son Jack Meadows Jr.; her grandchildren, Rachel, Everly and Oakley Meadows; and her siblings, Barbie Longefellow (Carl), David Parks I (Lydia), Brenda Noble, Jerry Parks (Bridgette), Michelle Parks, Teresa Underhill, Rachel Reemer, Angel Parks and Brandy Parks. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
