It is with sadness that the passing of Phillip Perrel of Muncie, Indiana is shared. Phillip, born on October 13, 1936, passed away on September 12, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Taylor Perrel and Gayle Perrel; and his brother Norman. He is survived by: his wife Lynda; his children, Kristen Blankenship (Dave) and David Perrel (Alisa); his stepchildren, Matthew McBee (Traci), Natalee Rowland (Ben), Stephanie McElroy (James) and Suzanne Poetz (Gregg); and his grandchildren, Sam, Zack Blankenship, Riley, Gabe, Dawson Perrel, Alyssa Garcia, Tori McBee, Caleb, Emma Rowland, Elizabeth Jernigan, Chloe Pray and Luke Bond.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Meeks Mortuary and Crematory - Mt. Pleasant Chapel (7901 W Co Rd 50 N, Muncie, IN 47304). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Meeks Mortuary and Crematory, Mt. Pleasant Chapel (7901 W Co Rd 50 N, Muncie, IN 47304).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Muncie Animal Shelter in Dr. Perrel's memory.
