He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Welsh and Lilly Welsh (Justice); and his siblings, Donnie Welsh and Maxine Welsh. He is survived by: his wife Jayne Welsh; his daughters, Kimberly McCracken (Robert) and Tracy Welsh (Ron Morton); and his siblings, Sandy Bell and Rex Walsh. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, as well as seven nieces and nephews.
