She was predeceased by: her parents, William Coulter and Mary Schaffer; and her siblings, Philip Coulter and Patricia Marcum. She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Brown (Mark) and Tamara Warrell (Virgil); her stepson Allen Buck; her brother Donald Coulter; her great grandchild Ronnie Nichols II; her pet Moaka; and her caregivers, Tamara, Kristy, Melissa and Dr. Bahrami. She is also survived by six grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren.
