Fields (Debbie) of Chesterfield and Lisa G. Hoover of Muncie; her daughter-in-law Teresa Fields of Muncie; her grandchildren, Susie, Ted, Katie, Chris, Matt, Sara, Melinda, Joe, Brian and Mercedes; and her sister-in-law Helen Bartlett of Muncie. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
