It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Osbourne (Muncie, Indiana), who passed away on January 24, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband John Osborne; and her sister Jean Strahan. She is survived by: her children, Linda Rees (Riley), Doug Keesling (Cathy), Gary Keesling (Kelly) and Mitch Keesling (Madeline).
