He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosemary Shoemaker and Vincent Price; and his sister Vicki Stephenson. He is survived by: his wife Lillian Price; his daughters, Amanda Price and Amy Price; and his grandchildren, Kai, Brooklyn, Jude, Mackenzie, Cohen, Cameron and Carter.
In lieu of a traditional funeral, the family will be honoring Randy's legacy through messages and memorial donations to two organizations that represent his life's work: Planned Parenthood of Central Indiana and the Delaware County Prevention of Child Abuse.
