He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Rouse and Ilena Howell (Nolan); and his wife Virginia Rouse (Jenny). He is survived by: his daughters, Regina Rouse (Joshua Balfour) and Robin Rouse; his stepchildren, Michelle Lechien (Andrew) and Shane Slaven (Dana); his grandchildren, Makenzie Rouse and Daprielle Orr; his stepgrandchildren, Dustin, Ashton and Caitlin Slaven; his brothers, Ronnie Rouse (Lorrie) and Trevon Rouse (Sherry Perkins-Berry); his nieces and nephews, Teala Porter, Kristin Berry and Clair Berry; and his close friends, Robert Wilburn, Shawn Thomas and Tracy French. He is also survived by great grandson as well as many step great grandchildren.
